So I've added some text to a slide. I want to to fade in the text after the slide starts.
I've done this hundreds of times in ProShow. So then I hit the "Select" button in the Fly in Effect section.
The program freezes. Nothing works, I can save the program, and then I must close the program to unfreeze it.
Maybe I'm doing something in the wrong order.
Sorry, or the other option is, there is another bug.

Generally speaking, it sounds like you're going through the proper actions to add a simple fade-in effect to that caption. Please reach out through our Contact Us form. The program shouldn't be hanging / crashing. That's something we need to look into further.
