I just installed the trial version of Creator. It will not let me load any content (photos). When I select photos and click "add", in the timeline view every images says "missing file". I have tried several times. The images are absolutely in the folder I am navigating to. I have no idea what the issue is.

Screenshot #2. After selecting all images, I click "OK" bottom right corner. And this what I see.

I downloaded the Trial version and edited a project but every time I try to Publish, it gives me a "failed" massage. I tried several formats getting only "failed" . what may be the reason for it

Please get in touch with us through our Contact Us form so that we can troubleshoot this issue with you further.  There may well be a workaround, but it depends on what exactly is making the issue happen on your machine, as there could be different causes.

I'm not sure what might be causing this 'failed' message during output.  Please get in touch with us through our Contact Us form so we can troubleshoot the issue further.

Hello Forum,

Screenshot #2. After selecting all images, I click "OK" bottom right corner. And this what I see.

I have the same Problem in Creator. I load an image in Creator and it reports "Missing Files". At the moment I can't work with Creator because he doesn't

accept Pictures.

I have already reported to Photopia

Best regards   Dieter

Many thanks for responding. However, as an advanced user of ProShow Producer I have elected to evaluate Photopia Director over Creator as the tools available there are much more to my liking. That being said, Director still has its quirks and needs more work to be ready for Prime Time.

Please send over any bugs you run into, using the Contact Us form.  We're happy to field that feedback, help with temporary workarounds, and make sure those problems get to the right people so they can be resolved.

Hi Josh,

The idea of the forum is to find answers to problems so we don't have to contact Support each time, so can the responses be Emailed to the Requester, but also be published here?

Thanks

G

We can certainly make an effort to get resolutions, workarounds, and information of that nature fed back to the forum where appropriate.  Our goal is to make the program work properly in the first place, reducing the need for people to go looking for these answers at all.  I've also found that in many cases the original poster will contribute this feedback on their own when relevant.
