Anyone else have this issue? I cannot get the program to begin because it says my registration key is invalid.

Yes, I just had the same problem. The window asking for it has been setup rather poorly. First it asks for your email address and the line below (which is not really visible) you have to click and enter the registration key there. Bit of a stupid design if you ask me.

It looks like we never got a reply from our most recent eMail exchange.  If you're still having trouble, please reply to that message so we can help to get this issue resolved.

Please let us know how we can make that registration window more intuitive.  It seems straight forward to us, but of course we're a bit biased.  8)

It says the same for me.  But, it also will not take my debit card information.  Says card is invalid.  I know that is not true.  Please help.

I can't even find the Creator program (Mac version) that I bought yesterday.  I made two test shows on the trial version and they work.  When I try to find the paid-for version, all I get is the trial version.  Any ideas on how to find the "real" version that I paid for?

If it is like the Windows version just enter your registration info into the trial version, they should be the same.

Bob, thanks.  I can't even find a place where I am asked for a registration number.  I'm not a novice at this stuff but i am totally perplexed.

Hey Tom,

Again I only use the Windows version but maybe it is the same, open Creator and open an existing project or start a new project. Click on the Help tab at the top and choose Enter Registration from the drop down.

Bob, I really appreciate your help.  Apparently, the Windows and Mac screens are a little different because I didn't see a "help" tab when I opened the project.  Then, I thought that if I tried to publish the project the program would ask for my registration.  That didn't happen but somehow, mysteriously, the program seemed to recognize my registration and went ahead and started the process to produce a DVD.  Something doesn't seem quite right, yet, because I didn't get a message saying that the DVD burn process is done.  I'll play around and see what happens next.  I've also sent an email to Support but haven't heard from them.  I think we're on the right track here.
