When I try to Play a short Show, the Creator app expands across my two monitors and I see "Creator Unresponsive". In 'crash mode', a larger black background now surrounds the app window. When I re-open Creator to play the same Show, I conform that it was saved and looks OK, but it still crashes again when I try to play it. The same crash (Player Unresponsive) happens if I try to play the same saved Show file with Photopia Player. This happens with small or larger Show files.
BTW, I've just upgraded my RAM to 64GB, my procesor is Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX (2.70 GHz), and Windows is set for automatic updates. I've also reinstalled Creator as a new download (v2.1.1052). My preferences accepts DirectX display. Photoshop 2026 app works fine and Midjourney.com works fine online. What more can I do to trouble-shoot this crashing issue?

(Bill James, more) I'm using Windows 11 System, Windows 11, version 25H2 2026-03 Update (KB5085516) (26200.8039)? Is there generally any problem with running this Photopia version v2.1.1.1052 on such an updated Windows 11 system?

(Bill James again) Correction: I'm running Photopia Creator Version 2.5.1232, and Photopia Player is also Version 2.5.1232.

(Bill James again) The problem has disappeared. Windows seems to have done some kind of a background process, and it has apparently resolved an unknown internal issue, which seems to satisfy me.

I am a previous Photodex/ProShow developer. Switched to Creator with no problem in development. Is there a platform/forum where I can post my developments to share? I have developed 43 slideshows and would like to get someone's opinion on style and creative imagination using Creator.
