Can't access all photos

I just joined after being a Proshow Producer user. I am trying to create my first slideshow, however, I am unable to access all of my photos. I have a Microsoft Pro computer and utilize one drive for most of my files. This will not show up on the browser tab nor will any of the recent photos I have added to the computer. I have 172 photos I am trying to insert into slide but only ten are showing up in the folder on this program. Is there anyone else who has run into this issue? I am quite frustrated and there is no contact number to help with a resolution. I have already completed the email form for help.

I'm sure that Photopia is diligently trying to be the replacement product for ProShow but they really aren't there yet. I paid for a 3-month subscription back in January and suspended it about a month and a half later. I am continuing to use ProShow. There is no reason not to, as we all "own" that software and it will continue to work just fine well into the future. Yes, there will be no further updates, but the product is quite robust in its final form and if you have the skills you can continue to make small improvements in slide styles and transitions using Photoshop. Additionally, there are many 3rd-party sellers offering their own products that will still work. The ProShow company may be gone but the software lives on!

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately my Proshow isn't working as I didn't realize the program was ending as of January. I hadn't updated that program in a long time. It crashes every time I try to use it now which is why I went ahead and subscribed to Photopia. I appreciate your help though.

Lisa, if you can't see the folder with your pictures, you can open Windows File Explorer and drag & drop into Photopia.

Not the solution but a work around until support gets back to you.

Hi Lisa,

If you want to get Proshow working again, go to the Proshow Forum and download a fresh copy of your version of Proshow, uninstall yours and reinstall the fresh copy of Proshow using your key.

This is wonderful information, and many thanks to Mr. McMurray for providing it. Good luck to Lisa!

I have decided that I will continue to use ProShow for creating slideshows for the time being (since I can get a show completed quickly without frustration) but meanwhile will occasionally dip into Photopia to get updates and practice using it. No reason not to have two programs under my belt!
