reactivation issues after payment fail

I had some credit card fraud and had to update to a different payment method for my subscription.  photopia put my account on pause.  I just updated and paid to bring things current and now I can't figure out how to "reactivate" my creator software.  It's not working.  my account shows "active" status so I know my payment was received.  I also tried re-downloading the software.  No luck.
