Importing show from ProShow Gold . - creator.exe has stopped working

Hi there, 

I have imported a completed show from ProShow Gold. It appears to have imported successfully. When I attempt to open the show, I get the following error message:

creator.exe has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
