Topic starter

please allow font style and size to be changed

please allow text boxes and video boxes to be changed (moved, size etc.)

please add intro video clip or picture as an option in addition to an intro show

Can themes be modified and saved as user defined themes?

Themes section at the bottom cannot be expanded upwards. Too much fiddling with the mouse

There are a number of improvements planned for Blu-ray and other menus.  We'll make sure these requests are considered as part of that process.  Thank you.

Ive just downloaded Phototopia today, and I cant seem to work out how to complete a Publish.  I click on Publish and it gives me range of formats but when I click on say MPEG4, I dont get any further.

Thanks Nicole

@nicole-olson

There should be a number of options under that MPEG-4 heading, including 4K UHD, 1080p (Full HD), and several others.  Click on one of those formats then click the "Publish" button in the bottom-right corner of that window to move on to the next step of the process.  If you have any trouble with this, please reach out through our Contact Us form for further assistance.

Hi Joshua - I have submitted several questions via "Contact Us" form, but have yet to receive a response.  May I assume you all are overwhelmed?  Reed

I had no problems publishing Blu-ray using Pro Show Gold, but have tried 6 times to do so with Photopia without success.  I have found no tutorials on You Tube on publishing, no user guides.  I did find, under "FAQs" that we cannot publish using Blu-ray; I doubt this is true.  Either way, I need some sort of guidance.  Thanks.  Reed

We are indeed a little behind with some of those replies, although in your case there was some added delay resulting from the numerous individual requests we received.  That should all be sorted out now.  Please reply to the recent eMail response we just sent and we'll go from there.

When I go through everything to publish video as MPEG-4, it acts as though it's publishing but then it saves in a format that is unfamiliar to me and cannot be opened with Windows Media Player or any other player than I can see.  It doesn't even list as a video file.  Is there something I'm doing wrong to simply save a web ready video version onto my PC hard drive?

I'm having the same problem when publishing to a USB flash drive.  No TV will recognize it when put into the USB slot. It comes up with

a media program Media something 64.  With and without attached files.  Need to solve this.  Didn't have this problem with Prow Show Gold.

If you figured it out let me know!!!!  frank@overtonsecurity.com  Thanks

@vicki-lassiter @frank

Please let us know if you're still having trouble with video file output.  We've seen some interference from programs like Malwarebytes (and other anti-virus applications) that can cause videos to not be written to the hard drive properly.  If you have any of those applications, please disable them then try that output again.  If the issue persists, reach out through our Contact Us form and we'll continue troubleshooting from there.
