Single Pass vs Double Pass rendering - Any Difference?

Didn't find any info on this board. 
Google search says Double Pass will take longer, but yield smaller file. That has not been the case. The file size is exactly the same for both options. 

Also, is there any visible to the human eye difference between High Quality vs Extreme Quality even on 4K 75" television? ( 4K sized output, with 4K  sized files )

Two pass encoding should yield a marginally smaller file size on longer more complex slideshows, especially those with a lot of layer motion.  The visual clarity between two pass and single pass encoding should be nearly identical, with two pass encoding doing a better job of allocating bits in the most complex areas of a show.  Given that you're not seeing these differences on your end, we'll take another look at this feature to see what's going on and clean up anything that isn't configured properly.  Thank you for the feedback.
