Best Publishing Settings for the Highest Quality Video

I decided to experiment and try and get the best video quality this Program can produce in 4K UHD. I chose the Custom Video option. For the Video I selected the Output as AVI. The Resolution at 3840 x 2160 (4K UHD) Compression Method as PNG. Frame Rate at 60 fps. Aspect Ratio at 16:9 (TV Widescreen) I then did the Audio. Compression Method AAC. Frequency 48 KHz. Channels Stereo. Bitrate at 256 kbps. The video was a little longer than 32 minutes and the file size was near 1 TB. I then used Handbrake at a very high level and when done the file size was 2.95 GB. I thought the video looked great but have nothing to compare it to. My first 4K Slideshow. I'm just wondering what everyone's thoughts are. Am I wasting a lot of time? Are there other settings available that produce just as good of a show? Just wondering?
