Everyday Editing Shortcuts

These shortcuts are universal across many programs, so they’ll feel familiar if you’ve worked in other design or editing apps.

Undo – Ctrl+Z
Made a change you didn’t love? Go back instantly.

Redo – Shift+Ctrl+Z
Changed your mind about undoing something? Put it right back.

Copy – Ctrl+C
Quickly duplicate slides or layers within a slide.

Cut – Ctrl+X
Remove an item while keeping it ready to paste elsewhere.
