Which Font Did I Use?

Let’s say you’re working on a slideshow and you’ve used several different fonts. You want to be consistent when you add more caption layers but can’t remember which fonts you’ve used in previous slides. You don’t need to hunt through those slides to find the fonts you’ve used.

Enter your text in the new caption.

Click on the Font Browser button, directly to the right of the font drop-down menu.

There are two options to find recently used fonts using the Font Browser.

The Recently Used category will list the ten most recently used fonts, regardless of which captions OR slideshows they’ve been used in.

The Used in Show category will list all fonts used in the current slideshow.

Select the font you’d like to use, click OK, and your text layer will update to use that font.
